For LG Business Solutions

Every LG Business display, connected or not.

LG Business Cloud manages your fleet when it is online. Troverlo manages it when it is not — using the Wi-Fi radio LG already ships. No cellular module. No new hardware. No Bluetooth. An embedded protocol partner motion, following the pattern LG already established with BrightSign.

visibility into a display the moment it drops off the network. Today, an offline endpoint simply goes dark in the console.

LG built the online layer. The offline layer is still an on-site truck roll.

LG ConnectedCare exists to end the site visit — its own product page says it saves time and money on costly on-site visits and reduces downtime through active monitoring. The Pro:Centric Cloud launch at HITEC 2026 made the same promise for hospitality — remote management that removes reliance on physical servers and manual, in-room configuration.

All of that assumes the display is on the network. When it is not — a fresh install before provisioning, a property with a flaky VLAN, a kiosk a guest unplugged, a signage panel a staffer power-cycled — the endpoint disappears from the dashboard, and downtime hits ADR and RevPAR while nobody is watching. Troverlo closes that gap using the Wi-Fi radio the display already carries.

Six outcomes, one firmware payload — revenue first, proof last.

01

A new recurring revenue line — ARPU expansion on ConnectedCare and Pro:Centric+

ConnectedCare and Pro:Centric+ are already subscription products. An offline-management tier is a natural SKU expansion — same customer, higher ARPU, and a real differentiator against Samsung and Sony. The offline layer becomes a line item, not a support cost.

02

Faster hospitality and QSR sales cycles

LG's Pro:Centric Cloud launch pitches remote management that reduces reliance on on-site infrastructure. Troverlo removes the objection that remains — the offline endpoint. Kosla's team walks into every RFP with a proof point no competitor can match.

03

100% fleet visibility

Status, location, health, and tamper on every LG display, kiosk, and signage endpoint — visible to LG Business Cloud whether or not the display is on the network. Today, offline endpoints go dark. With Troverlo they do not.

04

An embedded partner motion — not an integration project

This follows the shape LG already established with BrightSign — a partner protocol living on hardware LG ships. The property owner and LG's sellers do not manage an integration. It is simply in the product.

05

Connectionless command

Configure, reboot, wake, and geofence without a network session. Commands reach the endpoint over a Wi-Fi beacon — no cellular, no LTE fallback SKU, no Bluetooth radio. Same power class as BLE, without the range ceiling.

06

Zero new hardware

Runs on the Wi-Fi radio LG already ships. No new BOM. No antenna rework. No cellular module. No hub or gateway. No SDK on a consumer phone. A firmware-only payload on silicon that already exists in the display.

Troverlo is not a new idea for LG. It is the pattern LG is already running.

LG's B2B strategy already points here. The offline layer is a partner protocol on silicon LG ships, sold through subscriptions LG already owns — the same three moves LG has made in public.

Precedent

The BrightSign alliance

In January 2025 LG shipped BrightSignOS on an embedded SoC in the UV5N-series signage displays — called an “industry-first collaboration” and “first to market” in LG's own release, with Kosla quoted directly. That is the exact shape Troverlo slots into — a partner protocol embedded on hardware LG already ships.

Strategy

Build, Borrow, Buy

CEO William Cho's 2025 strategy for structural competitiveness commits LG to external partnerships and inorganic moves to accelerate B2B qualitative growth. Troverlo is the buy path for the offline layer of Business Cloud — a category LG can own outright rather than rent, with foundational IP and a firmware-only deployment surface already in hand.

Extension

The Business Cloud offline tier

LG Business Cloud and ConnectedCare already are the online management layer. Troverlo extends that same operator experience to offline endpoints — same UX, same dashboard vendor, broader coverage. The seller story does not change. The coverage does.

Data partner
HERE Technologies

A global mapping-tier strategic data partnership announced June 2026 feeds billions of Wi-Fi scans per week into the reference network — the backbone that locates an offline endpoint anywhere it powers on.

Deployment surface

A firmware-only payload — beacon and scan. No new silicon, no antenna rework, no gateway, no cellular module. It ships in the same update pipeline LG already runs.

Time with Kosla — or whoever on the B2B Vertical Sales team owns the ConnectedCare and Pro:Centric+ P&L — plus a technical counterpart for the reference architecture. Founder-led on Troverlo's side. We will demo connectionless command and control end-to-end on a live endpoint, walk the embedded-partnership reference architecture, and map where the offline layer slots into the ConnectedCare and Pro:Centric+ operator flow LG already owns.
